Hi Doctors, My girl is 2 years old and dealing with runny watery nose which keeps her irritate. she is continuously rubbing her nose,also keeps sneezing and coughing thankfully have no fever. please suggest a medication

A. probably baby may be having allergic rhinitis the reason for continuous no secretions since baby is having cough also it can do cheston cough syrup 2.5 ml 3 times a day
