hi doctors my baby is 8 months now I have started to give solids from 1 week she is pooping very tight I don't know what to do please help me with this home remedies I'm giving here only all puree like carrot,beetroot,apple,sweet potato,idli,ragi and home made Cerelac with dates

Sip of water should be given in between meals to maintain hydration and digestion. Consult your child doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further guidance if there is any persistent discomfort in your child. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy
