Hi, doctor. Why is the color of poop of my child is dark green. kindly suggest.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. if ur child is in formula milk, Certain brands of formula milk resulting in green poop. Imbalance in foremilk and hind milk also causes green stools. If green poop with foul smelling than it indicates some bacteria infection...if so kindly Consult your doctor.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. Many babies occasionally have green poop. Possible causes include: slow digestion, usually because the baby has eaten more than usual. green foods in the diet of the person producing breast milk.
