Hi Doctor, what is the best age to introduce solids to babies? What is the best preference of solids in starting rice or wheat cerelac?

you can start with vegetables puree Or any of rice or wheat cerelac.
Starts with liquid diet like little thick Moong Daal paani or rice kangi. give it for once in a day. follow three day rule.
If it takes well than gradually you can introduce fruits and vegetables puree, and increase consistency.
