soft and mashed food
consistency of food should be like that of Ghee
avoid fruit juice and soup
you can begin with food like homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, porridge, kheer, cooked seasonal vegetable puree or add to food like khichdi, vegetable Dal rice.
seasonal fruits, curd, paneer.
add Ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible
give top food two to three times a day and beginning with few teaspoon then up to half katori every time
continue to breastfeed baby.
Jessi KalyanMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Mashed Cooked fruits, vegetables too can be added to the 7-month-old baby's food list. Steam veggies like carrot, potato, sweet potato, peas, or whatever seasonal vegetables are available to you, are healthy baby food.
