Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. just have a bal diet and consult a dr .Any general practitioner can be consulted for same and if possible then specialist as this may require to be seen by doctor with proper examination for further treatment along with some test may be required for the same .

So If you’re going to go ahead with it as of now then first you get all the necessary test done as in your deficiencies and all other prescribed by your gynaecologist after that you can start with it when you are ovulating you are always try on the dates when you are ovulating because the chances of conception I really very bright during that time
