hi doctor, wanted to have a diet chart for my 6 month baby

A. For 6 months old baby, give homemade foods like homemade cerelac, ragi porridge, kheer, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Beginning with 3-4 teaspoons, give top food 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed baby.
