Q.

Hi doctor Usually my periods come before 2 days of my mensuration cycle but now it’s coming 7 days before... do I need to worry about it?

A. ifthe period is not heavy not pain then we can wait n watch.try to lose weight.If you want to get lose weight and the marks then best is to eat more of fruits and vegetables and do cardio workout
