A. hello doctor my name is rani I have a problem I'll send my reports plz suggest early as possible my problem is mixed echogenic lesson at Adnexal region mild fluid collection with internal echoes noted in peritoneal cavity possibilities : right Rubi ovarian mass ND ectopic gestation my cyst 5-6mm plz plz this is cure with medicine or surgery plz tell me doctor plz
