hi doctor this is neeru here...I have a query that my son is 2.4 years, he has only 12 teeth, two upper canines are just erupted ,is it ok?

A. Hello ma’am Yes it is absolutely fine don’t worry about it because some kids start to have their teeth this way only because every child has a different time what you teething but as of now whatever teeth The child has a as per the age it is perfectly fine and nothing to be worried about for the same
