hi doctor.. some time more vomiting for my baby after feeding even after burp..what can be reason

A. Over feeding ,gastric colic or gastric acidity is the main reason for the baby to vomit. Keep the baby’s upper half on a relatively higher level so that the baby doesn’t aspirate
