Q.

hi doctor, she is 2.5 months old..i breastfeed and formula milk both...she releases gas very frequently..whenever she does..foul smell comes..like a poop smell..she does poop alternate days .even the urine smells v bad...please suggest me wat to do to reduce smell...is it due to any infection?

A. first of all look what you eat.. smelling urine can be a sign of a urinary tract infection in babies. Urine may also have a stronger odor when it is more concentrated, or during dehydration. Watch for fever.. Continue breast feeding.. Consult your paedritician.

A. Bonnisan Five drops can be given to the child about three or four times in a day as and when required this is going to be the most healthy option to deal with all the basic issues that a child is going through as this is the safest medicine to go for
