hi doctor.. recently I observed a swollen lymph nodes on my baby neck.. it is movable when I touch it is moving from hand.. is it normal or do I need to worry about this.. please reply..

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evddaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
