Q.

Hi Doctor, pls suggest whether coconut milk be given twice a day as, I am not satisfied with packet milk or fresh cow milk as the cows near my location are roaming around and not having healthy food.

A. yes can give twoce a day . additionaly can give soy milk or almond milk also give ur child curd,paneer, buttermilk, yoghurt, cheeseas substitute of milk. all the very best.
