ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. hi now give home food like homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, porridge, kheer, cooked seasonal vegetable puree or add to food like khichdi, vegetable Dal rice. seasonal fruits, curd, paneer. add Ghee to every meal

Porridge khichadi Sujit items can be given to the child you can go ahead with giving Paneer cheese and curd all kind of fruits and vegetables can be given to the child buttermilk coconut water dry fruits can be given to the child you can go ahead with giving varieties that you can go ahead with giving out of vegetables actually specially Green leaf vegetables and soups
