hi doctor, please suggest the best medicine for this bacteria. we went to the hospital doctor suggest (mupirocin& cutieal) cream. But still it's increasing. please help 🙏 me out

A. hi sir, Thank you for the quick response, we went to the hospital,But the doctor said to use that cream. But after using 2 days it's spreading more place of neck and. please see the image attached

A. needs systemic antibiotics ok for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
