Hi doctor please suggest some dry fruits for weight gain for my 1 year baby

A. Please note, dry fruits are not for gaining weight. These contain good amount of iron, proteins and vitamins and should be fed in limitation. You can mix variety of nuts like almonds, walnuts, raisins and edible seeds, make powder and mix with any food, a spoon per day only. For weight gain, include foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, banana, milkshakes with dry fruits, avocado and 550 to 650 ml milk daily.
