Q.

Hi doctor please help me with this query. My baby having a itching in her right breast nipple from last night.She got redness and small pimples around the nipple .Why it was happening, shall I take her to doctor.Kindly suggest.

A. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment.x clean the area with soap and water

A. hi it looks like Infection you can apply thin layer of coconut oil there but it's not cure for this such skin Infection needs proper medication too,so please visit your pediatrician for once
