hi doctor now my baby temperature isc101. 6 shez feeling drowsy from morning I have given paracetamol still it's not reducing please suggest me worried

A. you have to give paracetamol according to the weight of the child as well as according to the power of paracetamol and this medicine can be given after 6 hours again and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature
