hi doctor now my baby 6 months old i am giving him sari hittu shall I use jaggery for him it's good or not suggest me

A. don't add it as she is just 6 mth old, Sweetening of food/porridges are not recommended even it is with jaggery, dates, etc because it might become a habit in no time and will be difficult to change.
