Q.

Hi Doctor, my twin boys are 22 months old... weight and height is good. I still give them full milk at night before they sleep but in a baby bottle. how to I transition from bottle to sipper/glass. should I continue with milk at night.. post dinner before sleep... or should I give no liquids before sleep and shift milk timing to early morning?

A. hello you can be using attractive sipper like Babyhug which can be helpful and slowly make the transition which can help and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same
