Q.
hi doctor my son now turned to 3.3years. he was not responding when we call name and he was not following our comments . we are giving him speach therapy and occupational therapy last from 4 month. now he responding wn we call his name , he is following commands and he is understanding language as well. what ever we says he is reacting and stated meaningless sentence. but he is not stated meaningful words .. why he is not stated to talk.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. needs assessment so here further here you can follow the advice of your doctor and your doctor will explain you in a proper way and if required after a proper assessment .
Its always better if you follow your doctor advise with a proper guidance for the concerning matter.
