hi doctor, my son now 18months old. He was not started talking but he make some sounds like emitting animal sounds

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Some toddlers do eventually catch up. If your 18-month-old isn't talking yet, it could just be that they need a little more time. But remember, if you're concerned, it's never a bad idea to book a speech and language evaluation through your pediatrician.
