lassi can be given , chaas or buttermilk as well,
also not to forget fermented foods such as idli, dosa, dhokla etc also can be given
apart from that kanji ,its a fermented drinkk as such made with black carrots and mustard seeds
fermented rice
traditional indian pickels
chillas , vada's as their batter is fermeneted as well
kefir its a fermented milk based drink
