Hi doctor! my son is passing stool hard with fresh blood and feeling pain. He is on natural diet like vegetables, fruits, cow's milk and also his mother's milk.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Hello, common cause of blood in an infant’s stool is a slight anal tear (fissure) from baby straining with the passage of the stool- give soft fibrous food with plenty of fluids

Seema shekharMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Your son has severe constipation problem . please keep him well hydrated add fresh veggies soup fruits juice water, coconut water in his diet. also check with your pediatrician also he will also suggest you something.
