A. diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child. start some appetisers and iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day after consulting your paediatrician

A. Hello mom You should add pomegranate and beetroot in babies regular diet plan it will help in increasing babies haemoglobin. Rather than this you should try to give daily routine food to your baby and start giving dairy products and green vegetables which can provide all the nutrition. And you should definitely consult with Dr because Dr can prescribe you some medication because haemoglobin is very less
