Hi doctor my son is having a fever and I given fever madicin MEFTAL 3.5ml but immediately after 5 Minutes he vomits everything. so please suggest can I give him again the same dose to reduce fever.

A. hi. if your baby bokit all given medicine then you can reoeat it. also keep a,trackof body temprature, better to give paracetomol syrup of temprature is not high grade
