hi doctor my son is 6year 9 month old he is grinding his teeth at night while sleeping from last month I am trying to stop but he not stopping is it normal or any issue .how to stop him

A. hi kids tend to grind their teeth when they get a new teeth as they feel itching in the gums. other reason could be due to worms in stomach. consult dentist
