hi doctor...my son is 6.5 years old....he is having wet cough .....pls suggest cough syrup...can I give him alex junior or montair lc kids?

A. Alex would be a better choice because that’s a basic medicine the other one that you’re talking about is an antibiotic which can be given once in the night before the child is going to sleep so I would recommend you to give a basic medicine instead of giving any antibiotic without consulting the doctor
