hi..doctor. my son is 4 years old. he studying LKG. He is continuously suffering from fever. first day it starts with cough and second day fever coming. monthly two times it happens. 4 months onwards he is suffering. fever will be 3 to 4days. temperature range is 99.5 to 101.5. if more than 102 monitored means I will give antibiotic.then he recovered. plz suggest doctor. why its happening. what we use to do?
