Q.

Hi Doctor, My son is 3 years and 9 months old ..he had severe stomach pain last week and from then he is not well and went to doctor and had scan also which is also normal ..and still his stomach is upset and having diarrhea...

A. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently. There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out. Common causes are constipation gajfseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastrodenteritis or some chronic infection . Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .

A. hi parent giveher less milk and more probiotics in day time take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered yoh may use enterogermina probiotics drops one tube a day
