Q.
hi doctor... my son is 3 months old.. from 3-4 days he poop almost in each nappy with gas pass... poop is like seedy with yellow green colour... sometimes watery but seedy... vomits alott also.. after burp he spit curdled milk but today he vomits plain milky water many times ...and he cries like screaming... something serious?..

Consult your doctor who will examine the baby and will advise you with further management and investigations if any required because without examination it is difficult to comment on the current situation
