Hi Doctor..My son is 3 months 14 days old..his head is feeling hot like fever.. checked the temperature he is not having fever. for past 2 days he is having loosu motion with blood...may I know the reason.?? He is fully a breastmilk baby. Also...Yesterday we got his 3rd month vaccination...he is not having fever now...but loosu motion with blood...can you please help me with the solution..attached the image for reference
