Q.

Hi Doctor..My son is 3 months 14 days old..his head is feeling hot like fever.. checked the temperature he is not having fever. for past 2 days he is having loosu motion with blood...may I know the reason.?? He is fully a breastmilk baby. Also...Yesterday we got his 3rd month vaccination...he is not having fever now...but loosu motion with blood...can you please help me with the solution..attached the image for reference

A. it's very Normal finding and you should not worry regarding this thing but still you can contact with your doctor for a proper confirmation gd regarding your query and a proper guidance.
