Hi doctor. My son is 3.5 yrs old. He is having fever and wet cough for past 5 days. He has no runny nose. His temperature is within 100 for last 2 days. Pls advise if he needs antibiotics.

A. hi well , as such no need of antibiotics but yes if fever remains for more than 3 days , you have to give it after consulting with your pediatrician At this time ,you have to manage good hydration give luke warm water to drink.
