Q.
hi doctor, my son is 26 days old. he's having rashes all over the body, his poop is watery and frequent - after every feed. he passes gas while pooping and is uncomfortable as if he has stomach pain. he has some nose blockage too. he's exclusively breast fed. what can I do.

Try to keep your baby's diaper area as clean and dry as possible.

Do Consult your paedritician if stool consistency is watery, foul smelling, more frequent, bloody, pee count is less than 5-6 times.
