Hi doctor, my son is 22 month old and not talking like other kids of his age. He is just saying some words only like mamma, papa, dada and all. Is it okay or some issue????

Maybe there is a little bit of delay into the speech of the child so which is why this problem could be there one time you get a check with the speech therapist you will come to know whether there is any particular particular particular that needs to be treated or the child is going to take little more time to start with speech speech
