Hi Doctor My son is 2 Yr and 3 month old but still he speaks mumma, Dede ,sometime papa and red blue colour but he clearly not talk with me like others ..what to do

A. still says the basic words, speech not clear as the baby speak more and more speech gets better clear and fluent keep encouraging the baby break the words and sentences and let the baby repeat after you let the baby mingle with same age group
