hi doctor, my son is 2 yr 5 m old, he is having diarrhea past 2 days, had been to a clinic yesterday, but seems no difference in controlling motions, he is having fever as well, please suggest if any OTC medicine to stop losse motions immediately.I am attaching the prescription prescribed by doctor in yesterday's consultation.
