Hi doctor my son is 2 years old and he doesn’t tell me about pee and poop… whenever I see he wants to go pee and I remove his underwear he cries a lot and doesn’t even pee openly what should I do

Give counselling to the child make your child understand that how elders like I am your dad also use the washroom similarly you should go to the loop it’s a very dirty habit to do it in the pants you can have infection allergies child crying take your child to washroom every two hours initially it will be difficult but eventually the child will give up if you do not give up on training your child
