Hi doctor my son is 2 years and 4 months old. He is active but not paying attention about what we talk and not speaking even two letter words. is it normal for this age

Mam sometimes when kids don’t pay attention to what you say they don’t respond to their names do not make an eye contact and I just busy in their own world only there can be a high possibility that there is a delay in the mental growth of your child and that’s probably seen most commonly when kids have a lot of screen time for an early age I suggest you to kindly visit a child psychologist once
