Hi doctor...my son is 2.5 years old and not yet started his speaking properly. He says 3-4 words sometimes.We have checked with an ENT but his hearing ability is normal. He is afraid of cooker whistle sound and sometimes loud music.2 weeks back when we attending a function there was loud music and he was continuosly crying.We don't know its because of the noise or because of the crowd in a small party hall.When we comes out of the hall,he stoped crying. Is he having any issue doctor ?
