Hi Doctor My son is 19 months old and he has got severe cold. Body is lil warm as well but temperature looks fine on a thermometer. He couldn't sleep whole night, am not sure if it's due to congestion but morning he had running nose. I gave him Sinarest 0.5 my this morning. Please suggest if I need to continue with Sinarest.

A. hello some sleep disturbance may be due to climate change you can give paracetamol drop 1 to 2 ML now as baby is one year plus but if there is fever you should take temperature first
