Hi doctor my son is 17 months old only 4 tooth as come is teething process is very slow for him is there anything to worry about.

A. hello mam do not worry about this it is a natural process no the process is not slow it differs for each and every by the age of 2.5 to 3 years all the 20 milk teeth will come
