Is it okay to use bonisan ?? If so how much ml should I give him? He is 10 kg now.

A. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops. other reasons could be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled ddout and managed accordingly .
