Hi Doctor..My son is 11 months old..i wil prepare khichdi for lunch and give him the same food at 6pm once again after heating..Is it okay to reheat and give food to kids? please advise

A. good morning it is not the best practice however the food prepared within the same day can be consume within the same day there is no problem I would recommend you to make sure that you try giving different variety everyday
