Q.

Hi doctor, my son is 11 months. He hardly says or repeats words. But screams a lot. If he is trying to communicate he screams. He learnt to say thatha and amma. But nowadays he rarely says thatha. Oly when he needs mother to carry him he cries saying amma... How should we improve. Please suggest. Is this something to worry.
