Q.

Hi Doctor, My son is 10 month old.. he is not yet teething.. may I know what is the issue... from my end what I need to do

A. hi there is no problem as some kid's usually show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth.. you can gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the eruption process

A. hi no ,not an issue. babies get their teeth at the age between 6 to 15 months. it is natural process. so nothing to worry about it.
