Q.

Hi Doctor. My son is 1 year 3 months old.. i am breastfeeding him .i want to wear off.. at day time i provide him solids so it's reduced but at night i am not able to do that.. please advice . Thank you in advance

A. Hello mom If you are feeding two times in a day then just start feeding once in a day and within a time you will not get milk in your breast and then you can completely stop breastfeeding your baby. Rather than this now you baby is more than one year old and you can add anything in babies regular diet plan
