hi Doctor, my son is 1 year 2month old slightly he got cold since morning usually I used to give him Allerpose now I'm not getting it anywhere.for substitute which one I can give please guide me.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever.
Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants .
steam inhalaticson would be beneficial .
Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
