Hi Doctor...my son he will be completing 2years this June...but lately I had observed him doing lot of teeth grinding.. literally the sound is audible while he is grinding the teeth..is there any thing we should worry about..?

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi kids usually tend to grind their teeth during the teething phase to get relief from itching in the gums caused by the erupting teeth..other reason could be due to worms in stomach.. so consult with your pediatrician for proper examination..
